Detailed Process for Men

Apply
Begin by submitting the men’s application with thoughtful, honest responses. Your application helps us understand your faith life, readiness for marriage, values, preferences, and whether Volo Match is the right fit for your discernment.

Verification & Review
After applying, you will complete identity verification and our internal review process. This allows us to preserve the privacy, safety, and seriousness of the Volo Match community.

Waitlist Placement
If accepted, you may be placed on the men’s waitlist until a matchmaker opening becomes available. We intentionally limit the number of active clients each matchmaker serves so that every man receives personal, thoughtful attention.

Tier Selection
When you reach the top of the waitlist, we will contact you to review membership options and help you select the tier that best fits the level of support you are seeking. Once you select a tier and enroll, you become an active Volo Match client.

Matchmaker Assignment
After enrollment, you are assigned to a dedicated matchmaker. Your matchmaker will contact you through our internal communication system to schedule an introductory call, walk through the process, set expectations, and begin learning more about you.

Match Review & Introductions
Your matchmaker reviews women in the Volo Match pool with your vocation, values, and preferences in mind. When a potential match appears promising, the woman is approached first. If she is open to the introduction, your matchmaker will then present the potential match to you.

Introduction by Text
Once both parties have expressed interest, Volo Match facilitates the initial introduction by text. From there, the man is invited to reach out directly so the conversation can continue one-on-one, with the matchmaker available for guidance and support as needed.

Ongoing Support
Your matchmaker continues to provide support based on your membership tier. This may include follow-up, guidance, feedback, coaching, additional introductions, and support as you discern whether to continue pursuing a particular woman.
What happens after you apply?
Because Volo Match is intentionally personal, accepted men may spend time on the waitlist while we expand matchmaker capacity. We do not rush men into the program faster than we can serve them well.

Once a spot becomes available, we will contact you to review membership options, help you select the appropriate tier, and assign you to a dedicated matchmaker. From there, your matchmaker will guide you through introductions, follow-up, and discernment support.

If you enter serious courtship, need to pause, or decide Volo Match is no longer the right fit, your matchmaker will help you understand the next step with clarity and respect.
